Craig is a founder of Bridge2 and the primary architect overseeing the development of all programs. Under Craig’s leadership, the company has grown to an international corporation working for some of the world’s top retail brands and financial institutions. Today, fulfillment volume places the company in the top 100 Internet commerce companies nationwide. Craig has extensive knowledge and background in software development and process management and his experience includes CIO of a Southeast incentive firm, where he developed their incentive and promotion platform. He also spent over 10 years with Accenture as a senior manager, developing multi-million dollar software applications for Fortune 100 companies.
Larry Wine Chief Commercial Officer
Larry is responsible for sales, business development and strategic partnerships. He is a transformative executive with over 20 years of progressive, global business leadership and technology expertise. Some hallmarks: Larry designed and executed the original entry of Intuit into the merchant services marketplace in a joint venture with First Data and JP Morgan Chase. He was also the founder of Link2Gov, the leading provider of web-based government vehicle registration, licensing and driver license renewal origination. Larry is a member of the Loyalty Marketers Association, Loyalty 360, the largest industry group focused on innovation and thought leadership in loyalty marketing. Previously, Larry was President of RBS Worldpay, US, President of Moneris, US and held senior leadership roles with First Data.
Douglas Hadaway Chief Financial Officer
Doug helps guide the growth of Bridge2, drawing on his over 25 years of leadership experience in operations, strategy and finance. He has played an integral role in over 100 M&A transactions and helped raise capital in excess of $500 million in both private and public equity and debt markets. Doug has extensive international business experience, developing operations in major markets of Europe, Asia and Australia. Prior to Bridge2, Doug had C-suite roles in several technology-oriented companies, including MFG.com, Multicast Media Technologies, Marketworks, Synchrologic and Netzip. Doug is an active member of the Atlanta technology community, serving as a frequent speaker, panelist and mentor for startup companies through Flashpoint and the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) of Georgia Tech.
Eric Burdon President & General Manager of Aspire Loyalty Travel Solutions
Eric heads up the development of Bridge2’s full-service loyalty travel division, Aspire, which integrates with the Bridge2 platform to provide loyalty customers with a one-stop-shop solution. Eric’s travel background is impressive, as both an intrepreneur and entrepreneur. For 23 years he managed operations, sales and marketing in global markets for British Airways before founding a loyalty travel division for Carlson, which grew to be the 12th largest travel company in the country. Following that, Eric started his own travel consultancy company. Eric is again reshaping the loyalty travel industry with Bridge2’s Aspire.
Austin Logan Executive Vice President, Client Services
As head of Client Services, Austin is responsible for a wide range of client’s needs – from overseeing client onboarding and requested platform enhancements, to ensuring quality and client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle (plan, design, develop, launch). Austin also supervises the product roadmap for our SaaS platform, as well as technical order assurance and supplier data reconciliation. Among his many accomplishments at Bridge2, Austin directed the integration of five leading financial institutions onto the first transformational loyalty redemption portal, resulting in 30%-40% revenue growth year over year. Prior to joining Bridge2, Austin held various positions in Consulting, Technology, Telecom and Compliance industries at KPMG and Accenture. Austin welcomes the continual evolution of the loyalty industry, confident that Bridge2 has the team and talent in place to innovate in the marketplace.
Ravi Venkatesan Chief Technology Officer
Ravi is responsible for Technology Strategy Definition and Execution. He leads our Technology Delivery teams, driving innovation and optimizing cost structure to enable our business to scale. For more than 14 years prior to joining Bridge2, Ravi held Technology Strategy and Delivery leadership positions at Cbeyond, Accenture and Blueshift. At Cbeyond he led the IT Strategy and Delivery teams with responsibility for all Software Delivery Life Cycle functions. At Accenture he led IT Strategy, Program & Portfolio management, Architecture and Development teams delivering large-scale systems for Accenture’s Fortune 500 clients. At Blueshift, as Product Development lead, he deployed innovative technology products in the Education space to enable online course delivery and evaluations.
Frazer Middleton Senior Vice President, Technology Engineering
Frazer devotes his considerable managerial and technological talents to, in his words, “keeping the train on the tracks.” Frazer heads up our application engineering function, enterprise operations and our continual developments in information security. He is a founding member of the Loyalty Fraud Prevention Association, helping Bridge2 create a world-class capability to counter fraud in alternate currencies. Frazer has over 25 years in software and technology at leading companies such as IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies and others.
Andy Althauser Co-Founder, Executive Vice President
Andy has over 23 years of experience in the incentive and loyalty space and is passionate about working with clients to innovate and create solutions that will drive their business goals. As a co-founder of Bridge2, Andy has contributed to the company’s growth from a four-person start up to the leading loyalty platform it is today. Currently, Andy focuses his energies on Business Development, Client Relationships and Emerging Product Solutions. Andy has extensive performance improvement and rewards strategy experience, including his six years at Business Incentives and seven years at MotivAction where he concentrated on solution design, reward strategies and directed product development. He is a frequent contributor in incentive industry publications and speaker at conferences.
David Parsons Executive Vice President, Customer Relationship Management
David is responsible for overseeing customer relationships at Bridge2. He leads our Relationship Management team, designed to deliver a collaborative environment enabling growth, innovation and high degree of customer satisfaction. Prior to Bridge2, David ran a loyalty consulting company for 10 years, serving many Fortune 500 companies and delivering various loyalty and payments-related projects for his partners. David also worked for MBNA America and Bank of America in a variety of leadership roles in Product Research and Development and Rewards Management teams, including the development, launch and on-going management of some of MBNA’s industry-leading flagship rewards products and co-branded rewards programs.
Jason Phillips Executive Vice President, Customer Strategy
Jason plays a key role in helping to guide the direction of Bridge2. In addition to serving on the Executive Team, Jason helps formulate our go-to-market strategies for products and solutions, negotiates all contracts and is Executive Sponsor for key customer and partner relationships. Prior to Bridge2, Jason held numerous leadership positions in technology and strategy, working with diverse companies in a variety of industries, including IBM, Accenture, Verizon Wireless and Ariba. Jason has managed global consulting practices, acted as a strategic advisor to high-tech startups, served on mergers and acquisitions teams, formulated and implemented corporate sales strategies and has served as a strategy consultant to some of the world’s largest companies. His diverse mix of strategy and technology along with his extensive experience in multiple industries help drive Bridge2 to continually expand its opportunities and revenues for our customers.
