Craig McLaughlin - President, CEO and Founder
Craig is our President and Chief Executive Officer and founder of Bridge2 Solutions and is the primary architect overseeing the development of all programs. Under Craig’s leadership, the company has tripled revenue over the past three-years, and grown from a regionally-based establishment into an international corporation doing business with some of the world’s top retail brands and financial institutions. Today, Bridge2 Solutions manages fulfillment volume which places the company in the top 100 Internet commerce companies nationwide. With an employee base that has developed from 20 in 2009 to almost 100 today, Craig leads an ever-growing team of industry experts and insiders dedicated to providing service and technical acumen to clients. Craig has extensive knowledge and background in software development and process management and his experience includes CIO of a Southeast incentive firm, where he developed their incentive and promotion platform. He also spent over 10 years with Accenture as a senior manager, developing multimillion dollar software applications for Fortune 100 companies.
Larry Wine - Chief Commercial Officer
In his leadership role as Chief Commercial Officer, Larry is responsible for sales, business development and strategic partnerships. Larry is a transformative business executive with over twenty years of progressive, global business leadership and expertise. Larry is an accomplished technology executive, having held various strategic leadership positions in several entrepreneurial, high growth companies. Larry is skilled in delivering exceptional growth and is a leader in innovating distribution and revenue strategies. Larry designed and executed the original entry of Intuit into the merchant services marketplace in a joint venture with First Data and JP Morgan Chase. In addition, Larry was the founder of Link2Gov, the leading provider of web-based government services for vehicle registration renewal, driver license renewal and professional licensing origination, which exited in a successful acquisition by Metavante in late 2005. He is a member of the Loyalty Marketers Association, Loyalty 360, the largest and most active group for professionals across all industries, delivering innovation and thought leadership in loyalty marketing. Larry was previously President of RBS Worldpay, US and prior to that, President of Moneris, US. Larry has also held senior leadership roles with First Data.
Ravi Venkatesan - Chief Technology Officer
Ravi Venkatesan serves as Chief Technology Officer for Bridge2 Solutions. Ravi is responsible for Technology Strategy Definition and Execution. He leads our Technology Delivery teams and is charged with driving innovation and optimizing cost structure to enable our business to scale.
For more than 14 years prior to joining Bridge 2 Solutions Ravi held Technology Strategy and Delivery leadership positions at Cbeyond, Accenture and Blueshift. At Cbeyond he led the IT Strategy and Delivery teams with responsibility for all Software Delivery Life Cycle functions. At Accenture he led IT Strategy, Program & Portfolio management, Architecture and Development teams delivering large scale systems for Accenture’s Fortune 500 clients. At Blueshift, as Product Development lead, he deployed innovative technology products in the Education space to enable online course delivery and evaluations.
Eric Burdon - President, Travel Division
Eric joined Bridge2Solutions in late 2014 to build and lead a new loyalty Travel division for the company. In the few years prior to joining Bridge2 Solutions, Eric was the President of Connexions Travel Services Vice President at Carlson Wagonlit Travel and the President of his own Travel consultancy company. Eric brings a wealth of expertise in the Travel industry and especially in the fulfillment of Loyalty rewards for financial institutions.
With over 40 years global experience within the Travel industry, Eric Burdon managed operations, sales & marketing for a major international airline (British Airways) in more than 20 countries; with significant experience in the Middle East and Australasia. Eric molded and innovated the Loyalty Travel redemption space in North America by creating the largest provider of loyalty travel services between 1997 and 2010; developing a company called “Connexions” Loyalty.
Austin Logan - Executive Vice President, Client Services
As VP of client services, Austin leads the project and account management team out of the Alpharetta, GA office. He is directly involved in the planning, execution, and oversight of all significant client initiatives. In addition, he actively participates in product roadmap and architecture design with Bridge2 Solutions senior development staff. Austin joined Bridge2 Solutions in 2008 and has assisted in the growth and implementation of various operational aspects of the organization. Prior to joining Bridge2 Solutions Austin was a Manager in the Advisory Services practice at KPMG leading teams in the delivery of audit, compliance, and strategic consulting engagements in the U.S. as well as Europe. At Accenture, Austin served as a technical consultant building customized CRM solutions for telecommunications industry.
Jason Phillips - Executive Vice President, Customer Strategy and Partnerships
Jason is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry at blue-chip companies, such as IBM, Accenture and Ariba. He has built and managed numerous large organizations and helped drive strategic change for his employers and clients. Jason began his career in software architecture design and development before transitioning into corporate strategy. He developed extensive industry knowledge working in numerous industries, including: high-tech, financial, telecommunications, government and non-profits. Jason has managed global consulting practices, acted as a strategic advisor to C-level executives, served on mergers and acquisitions teams, formulated and implemented corporate sales strategies and has served as a strategy consultant to some of the world’s largest companies. Jason’s diverse mix of strategy and technology along with his extensive experience help drive our customer and product strategy to keep Bridge2 Solutions in the leadership position in a rapidly changing industry.
Frazer Middleton - Senior Vice President
Frazer Middleton is Senior Vice President of Technology Operations for Bridge2 Solutions. Frazer is responsible for ensuring that we deliver world-class technology solutions and operations that ensure the business success of our customers and partners.
Frazer has over 20 years of global experience in technology and management consulting. Prior to joining Bridge2 Solutions he was Chief Information Officer for Kenco Group, the nation’s largest woman-owned third-party logistics provider. His previous work includes several IT leadership roles with Recall Corporation, management consulting with Chainnovations and Capgemini (formerly Adjoined Consulting), and software research and development with Agilent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, and IBM. Frazer holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University with concentrations in Operations Management and Human and Organizational Performance, and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and Mathematics.
John Rogers - Vice President, Human Resources and Recruiting
As Vice President of Human Resources and Recruiting, John is responsible for developing and implementing human resource practices and the recruitment strategies for Bridge2 Solutions. John is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience developing personnel and overseeing human resource operations at two executive search firms as well as Price Waterhouse Cooper. Prior to joining Bridge2 Solutions, John led the Talent Acquisition organization at MedAssets, a healthcare technology and services company with over 3,000 employees in multiple locations across the country.
Kyle Davis - Executive Vice President, Finance and Customer Service
Kyle is our Executive Vice President of Finance and Customer Service. Kyle's responsibilities focus on the internal financial operations, and maintaining the external relationships with our clients. Additionally, he is overseeing the customer service areas to support our clients and working with our vendors. Kyle's experience includes over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry at Verizon Business in both corporate finance and sales force compensation operations. His responsibilities included the annual development and maintenance of over $10 billion in revenue plans for sales force compensation. Prior to his tenure at Verizon, Kyle spent 5 years working with The Prudential Bank & Trust Company in their customer service call center, and eventually running bankruptcy & delinquent accounts programs in the Bank's Loss & Recovery division.
Andy Althauser - Executive Vice President and Co-Founder
Andy is our executive vice president of Marketing and Customer Integration. Andy has extensive performance improvement and reward strategy experience including 5 years at Business Incentives and 7 years at MotivAction where he led the development of innovative incentive platforms and directed award solution strategy. Andy is a member of the Incentive Marketing Association and has served on the Online Incentive Council.
